All items are owned by Creatively Unhinged Pty Ltd until the items and orders are paid for via either credit card, pay-pal, cash on delivery or direct debit into the companies bank account or any other payment system that we accept

We have a guarantee on quality and service, if the customer is unhappy at any stage after receiving there printed items they can contact Creatively Unhinged to discuss re-print or resupply options or refund if required, If you require a refund the customer must return the item purchased…  at there shipping costs before the refund can be processed.

Refunds available for 30 Days from Sale Date, if the customer sends the order back to our factory. there has to be a proven fault in the printed media that is caused by Creatively Unhinged Pty Ltd issues.

All items are shipped as soon as the products are printed and check via one of our many delivery service, Australia Post, Courier or delivery by Creatively Unhinged.

We do not guarantee print runs that do not meet the required minimum artwork setup, including DPI, saved fonts and other options that might come up, if there is an issue with your artwork we will contact you before the print run is put on the presses or the HP latex 365 or HP Latex 1500 Superwide 3.2M Industrial Grand Format to rectify the issue, so there is no errors before we print.

All artwork supplied is preferred PDF Hi-res, with all fonts embedded, images including colour and black and white at 300 dpi.

Any artwork that does not meet requirement can be fixed in some cases at a small service fee, we would discuss this with you as the client when the need arises.

Always remember we require 3mm bleed edge on all documents printed in A4, A5, A6, A3, DL, an multipage catalogues or booklets (Saddle stitched) in large format or grand format sizing we require upwards o 10mm bleed edge added to your files.

When printing on vinyl and applying to core-flute, Foam-core, alupanel, Perspex,  wood or any other rigid substrate please be advised you may need an liquid over-laminate on your print for longevity.

Latex inks have an average life span of 2-3 years outdoor without laminating and or based on the type of media that is being printed, we advise if you need long life outdoor to choose vinyl in the polymeric range with and overlaminate suited to the vinyl.

We pride ourselves on our ability, we have been in the industry for over 27 years, we can usually pick out problems in artwork files before we print them and can work with the client to fix the issue so our client gets the best quality products available.

Our site is a e-commerce site, with that process when you press the order button and go into the shopping cart we will process any payment up front, if you are not happy with this we suggest ringing up or sending us and email order and we can process the sale differently with payment made into the company’s bank account, nothing is shipped without the payment being made.

Most orders will be printed, finished in posted in around 3 days maximum, we will send you an email once your order has been picked up by the courier, larger orders like massive banners if in Sydney we may personally deliver the item to you for convenience. Complicated and multiple item orders will take a maxium of 5 working days. We will advise in our email after receiving your order what the process is and the time line so you understand, you can even look at the artwork setup page and that will give you information on artwork specifications, expected order times and bleeds required.
